Just stopped by the outlets today and it is temporarily closed due to Covid unfortunately. Thanks for helping keep our community safe and heathy. I’m assuming there must have been a staff outbreak. Just wish there was a sign posted saying when they plan to reopen. Reviewed 11/19/2020
I bought some items, and didn’t check my receipt till I got home. I Realized I was double charged for an item. Not a big deal, so I waited on hold for a customer service rep because there are no direct lines to the store. They were unable to give me a refund and said I must return to the store. I don’t live close to this store so it will be quite and inconvenience. I expressed my frustration to the service rep, only for her to tell me it was my fault and hang up on me. Such poor customer service. I don’t think I’ll shop with h & m anymore. I wish zero stars was an option.

I always love stopping by at this H&M location! The store is always clean and organized. Employees are very friendly as well!
I am never wowed by this store. I have given it multiple tries and it's just not for me. I do like that they changed the size to include US.
