I waited 2 hours for the delivery driver to come in then she gets here and wants me to walk all the way to the front of the truck stop to pick up my food this is the only pizza hut that has ever been this way so I told them to take it back. I guess they don't need the business so don't give them any.
Pizza tasted weird and the lady who brought my pizza out to my car for curbside pickup didn’t wear a mask or gloves which raised a lot of concerns for me in terms of the cleanliness and safety inside of the restaurant. I will not be back there to eat anytime soon and I would highly recommend others to not eat there again as well!
Ordered pizza almost hour and a half later called the store the lady trys to tell me I told her pick up. Which I would have never done do to not owning a car, then called corporate office who were beyond rude and nothing was resolved and never got pizza..nThanks London pizza hut 3 hungry kids..
I always order hand tossed with hut flavoring on the crust, and an order of cinnabons. Pizza is the best in town.....service is really good. Never had an issue. : )
Served us 24 BBQ wings raw. And the customer service was awesome as well. Not one sorry or let me fix this.
