Great customer service and great clearance deals!
I often avoid Gap as I'm not one to like logos all over my clothes and sometimes the prices are too high. However, I was desperate for a good fitting pair of jeans and having no luck elsewhere so I decided to look. They had some for $30 on sale that fit great. I was pleasantly surprised. I was there shortly before closing and the employees were patient and accommodating.
Be sure and check pricing on the item vs. the receipt. I bought some socks clearly marked on the packaging at $14.99 (printed on the packaging, not even a sticker) and they rang up at $19.99 I called the store and the only way for them to fix it is for me to go to the store and get it double checked. I called the store and let them try to remedy the mistake before I posted a bad review, but they didn’t want to be bothered by it.
Employees are super helpful and try hard to make sure you get the right outfit!
Not super impressed with their selection. I feel that it’s all dated and pretty immature. Prices are too high.
