Seems Michelle doesn’t understand retail employees are also people and life is real. Things happen in REAL LIFE that come up unprecedented and lack of empathy is showing. I came here to write a good review for a store I really enjoy shopping in with super helpful employees and i appreciate what vans is doing to keep their customers and employees safe during the pandemic. Michelle, do better, and Vans keep being amazing.
I went to this location to buy shoes for my family and the manager Carly was extremely helpful and very nice. Will be back here to see her again, and the store was very neat as well. Thanks vans, and Carly.
Got here a few minutes after 10 (when they are supposed to open), the doors were locked and a few people were waiting in the freezing cold and bitter wind. Two employee casually walked up unlocked the door and pulled it closed behind them without a word. They wouldn't even let us wait in the warm store. One came back and opened the door a couple minutes later. Not impressed.
Amber Weller. Apparently you are too spoiled to understand that there utah state guidelines that force vans to only let 18 customers in at a time. I love vans and they are always so kind when i go in there
I went in there to get some kickers and a handsome young man named Aaron really helped me out. I loved everyone else there but he deserves the praise for how awesome and godlike he was !
