I was able to find the clothes that I needed without a problem. I was happy to see when I went in that they would be limiting the number of people inside to 20. However upon entering there were approximately 50-75 people inside. There was no room to social distance in the check out line. The only reason we stuck around was because they were the only place that had the cut of jeans that my sister wears. I definitely won't be returning throughout the rest of the pandemic unless they enforce their own rules.

Their dressing room is always “conveniently” closed when there's more than 10 people there. The four teenage girls that work there have been on their phones or talking to each other at the counter a few times I have come in instead of helping customers. The store never has any sizes that my sister or I need, they seem to only carry short and regular length, I've never seen long. The store also never seems to carry any sizes above a 12 or L. I just end up going home and ordering online because its ridiculous to drive up there and never have what we need. Last time we went it was 28 degrees outside and they made us wait outside for 15 minutes because they were limiting the amount of people inside to 25. When we finally got inside there were three employees at the front, and a group of five and three, no where near the 25. Just save yourself some time and frustration and order online.

Horrible customer service!! I’ve only Left two bad reviews ever and this is one! We walked in the store and were immediately accosted by the manager who repeated to my sons and daughters to have their facemask pulled up over their nose my sons have breathing problems and my daughter has epileptic seizures. I told her that they could not comply they did have a mascon but they didn’t have it all the way on both me and my wife did then she told us if we were not going to comply we could leave the store and she escorted us out! We shop here all the time we will never be back! Just if management reads this I own two companies and if I had a manager work for me that did this they would be fired this was at the Lehi location factory stores on Sunday July 26
