I recently hired JM Mechanical to install an entire new furnace into my home after my old unit was requiring a $1,000 part needed to repair. The old unit was about 16 years old and was slowly becoming a money pit for repairs year over year. After speaking with the lead technician and the owner of the company it made more sense to install a new and more reliable and efficient unit for my family so we weren't trapped without heat the following winters to come.nnThe technicians were friends and greeted me when they arrived. JM Mechanical uses the newest technologies for their appointment scheduler and communications between the customer and their dispatch. They arrived promptly the morning of the install as agreed and were in and out if my house within 4 hours with the old furnace removed and the new furnace 100% installed and operating.nnI highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service, reliability and quality parts that they use. As a first time home buyer I have little experience maintaining a home by myself so I called JM mechanical for a furnace tune up right when I purchased my home. Every aspect of my experience with this company was great, from the scheduling to the appointment itself. The technician was thorough and also very informative, taking time to explain the ins and outs of things I needed to understand/look for as a home owner as well giving me helpful advice. Their services are fairly priced. I also appreciated that they sent a profile of the technician to me when he was on his way so that I could properly identify him when he got here. I will be sure to tell any of my fellow homeowners about JM mechanical and will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future!

Robert and his team from JM Mechanical were fantastic! They installed a tankless water heater in our home which works wonderful. They worked all day to make sure it was installed properly. In addition, they installed a furnace/ac system this past summer. JM Mechanical is able to do both electrical and plumbing work, which saves owners money and time. They use researched based reliable products with new technology. Robert and his team were professional, on time, and very hard workers. Thank you!

Just had a new furnace installed by JM and have now worked with three different technicians in Rob, Brandon and Jason. All three were super knowledgeable, polite answered all of my questions and made me feel like they were really trying to help. They were able to get a new furnace installed in less than 48 hours. I would highly recommend JM to anyone in need of HVAC help and will definitely call them again the next time I need something.
