I went there specifically for shoes for my son (since foot locker didn't carry his size). After walking around the store looking for his size (4 youth, not toddlers) several times, I finally found a couple pairs. It appeared that there was only one worker in the entire store who never even acknowledged my existence in the store. She was too occupied with one customer to even glance my way. I doubt she would've noticed if I walked out of there with an elephant in tow. My family has been wearing only Sketchers for the past 11+ years and usually there are very nice workers to greet you and help you find what you want. This store failed in every way. I walked out without anything or even talking to anyone. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I surprisingly found the exact sketchers I was looking for, in my son's size at Target for less than half the price. I don't know if I'll ever give this location another chance.
Extremely satisfied. John went above and beyond with an out of the box solution to get me the shoe I liked in my size. That's how you win customer loyalty!
I was looking for comfortable work shoes. I was surprised by how many attractive options there were. There was a buy-one, get-one-half-off sale, which was also nice.
I have severe arthritis in both feet. Skechers are the only shows that I can wear all day. I love their memory foam insoles. I've been wearing them for years! 💜💜
Employees were super helpful! They sized both of my son’s feet and talked to them while they found something in their individual style. Great painless experience! Thank you!
