My second time buying my athletic shoes here. Employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was helped by Garrison who analyzed my gait to recommend the best shoe and even gave me a little physical therapy advice on how to strengthen some and loosen the appropriate muscles. Where else can you find customer service like that? Also, I wore the last pair of shoes pretty much every day for two years before I decided to get some new ones. Super durable! Thanks Garrison!

It was our first time there. The offering was typical runner shoes with all their wacky colors, trail shoes, and workout clothes. As is common with active wear, they're geared to a smaller clientele. I was quite annoyed because there was one other customer in the store and two employees when my husband and I entered. We were both looking for new workout shoes so he went to the men's section and I went to the women's section. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge or speak to my husband. It took almost 15 minutes before the sales rep spoke to me, despite him leaving the one customer in the store when I was standing less than five feet away. The store is not that big to get ignored that way. After we left there, we went to Sketchers and despite there being six customers in the store, we were treated pretty much immediately by staff. Then we went to Nike and not only did we get treated as we walked in, within minutes of hitting the shoe section I had two sales reps asking how they could help and both hunting down options according to my requests and specifications. That is how service is done right!

I don't always drive a thousand miles to find a pair of shoes on the way, but these guys will most certainly try their best to find you one that works. I wear a larger size and they didn't have my style in stock, but they put me in touch with one of the Asics stores in Las Vegas, and they helped me find the perfect pair of kicks. If the shoe fits lol!!! Great job guys!
