Awesome sales. Great clothes. Staff was pretty friendly too. I hate paying full price for clothes. Took advantage of their memorial sale. 70-75% off the store. SAY WHAT?!
I went to about 1000 stores today and then called Quiksilver outlet at Traverse Mountain. I got Rachael on the phone and she went above and beyond and TEXTED me a pic of what they had in stock, let me know the sizes and prices. This girl deserves a raise, bonus or promotion. I'm headed in this afternoon. So grateful for above and beyond customer service.
Excellent customer service
This place used to be great, orange tag sales constantly and great customer service. The gentleman I spoke to today was anything but helpful with his attitude and seemingly "anything is better than doing my job" demeanor. If it's not him there. It's a great place but until then. It sucks honestly because this is my favorite brand and favorite store but this dude REALLY struck a nerve.
Great selection of shorts and shirts. They usually always have some kind of buy one get one free sale. I took a star off because I found several items where they marked the price up from $39.99 to $54.39 with an orange tag and then stuck it in the 60% off rack. Shame on them.
