I took my husband and 3 kids (ages 8, 5, and 3) to Escape Room Family not really fully understanding what it was. I was prepared to have to entertain the 3 along with possibly the 5 year old in the waiting room so that my husband and my 8 year old could finish the room (The Castle). WOW this place blew me away. We ended up doing another room (The Pirate Ship) and my entire family HAD A BLAST. There was something for every age in that room. With that being said, I would recommend that an adult plan on going into the room as well. It turned to be an unexpected amazing family adventure.

This was perfect for our family of four (2 adults two kids age 9 & 12) although it would work to have more people. Kids as young as 6 could certainly enjoy the experience independently or with help. The room is full of puzzles that you can choose to work on together or separately, although some require two people to work together to solve. The goal is to solve as many puzzles as you can in 60 min. Some puzzles are independent from others in the room, some require that you solve one puzzle before moving onto the next. When you figure out the 4 digit code to a puzzle, you are rewarded with squishy balls that you have to throw into a hole. The number of balls earned = your total score, so you are not trying to escape but we found this format to be highly engaging for all members of our team. Everything in the room has significance. We played two rooms because we enjoyed the first one so much! There is a 20% if you choose to play a 2nd game while there. We would highly recommend it!

My two kids and I had such a blast in the pirate ship room! My boys are 7 and 11! The staff was beyond helpful and encouraging! 10/10 highly recommended!

This place was so much fun! We did the castle room. My kids and I loved it! Challenging yet fun puzzles for all ages! Can’t wait to go back to try the other rooms!

I had so much fun doing the Jungle room. The game was very creative and challenging which made it that much more fun. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying this place out!
