Very disappointed with the customer service and I will never be returning to this store again. I tried to return/exchange a pair of shoes that were too small for my daughter. The shoes had never been used, and I had the receipt. The date on the receipt was 1 day past and she refused my return with a little attitude. I was perfectly fine with exchanging as well, but she would only allow the same item/different size and they didn't have any in stock. So she offers to call another location to see if they have any in stock. Really? I don't want to drive all over to exchange a pair of $20 shoes. Why can't I just find something else equal value NOW in the store? Nope, can't do that. I spent over $130 the day I bought these. I'll continue shopping places where my return or exchange won't be rejected and I will receive a better attitude all around.
It's a fun place
This store has the best selection of kids clothes! Their associates are so helpful and nice. I 100% recommend this store. I go out of my way to shop at this location.

I live in South Jordan and I will always make the trip to The Children's Place at Traverse Outlet. The store is clean, easy to shop and the associates are fantastic! Love this place!
