We had a wonderful experience with the owner who fulfilled a great catering order for our wedding. She was very responsive to all our calls and emails and extremely accommodating to make menu adjustments to meet all our guests dietary needs. We would definitely order from Shubie's again and recommend them highly.

Great food and other products! Pricey, but good food made daily with meatloaf to pasta salads. They also offer customizable salads and many delicious desserts like cake, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, etc. And many different sandwiches. They have indoor seating and now a beautiful outdoor seating place under a tent that’s kept clean and spread out. Other than some of the prices, I love getting food here and would recommend if your looking for nice, fresh food.

I ordered lunch to be picked up today, and one sandwich from my order seemed to be taking a long time. I asked about it, was told it would be popping out soon. 15 minutes later, I asked again and supposedly the order slip went missing. However, manager took complete responsibility for it, offered me a refund and a drink (both I declined). He then offered to bring it out to my car, and he came out in 3 minutes and told me he went ahead and issued a refund. Customer service is excellent, and prices aren't terrible-the food is truly delicious and unique. I admit I had some frustration with the wait, but the staff and management did a wonderful job making it right. (Plus the sandwiches were worth the wait!)

My wife and I have been going to Shubie's forever and anything we order is always delicious. They also have a great variety of products and a great selection of crafty beer however what makes Shubie's unique , is the amazing and genuine customer service always provided by Carol and her crew. Every time we go there, they make us feel as if we were part of their own families. We love Shubie's and will be customers for life.
