On our way from Midtown to the financial district, we stopped to admire Woolworth Building, which is truly majestic and gigantic with its turrets and lovely details everywhere you look.nWe did not enter the building, but we spent some time in the cold checking it out from every side and we really loved it. Can only imagine how beautiful is the interior.

The building itself is amazing, out of this world. Google the history, it is very interesting. I visited during the pandemic and was quite empty. The guards were incredibly rude, they would not let us take even one picture of the lobby from the entrance door. The low point of the visit, for sure. I managed to take one which I am uploading.

Beautiful architectural wonder. Take a moment to look at all the little masonry details and designs of the building. Also check out all the stone creatures and people around the front door. The inside lobby is beautiful also but you can't get in there unless you were on a tour or you work in the building.

Wow, I just came in for NYU Orthopedic care, not knowing it was inside this gorgeous place. Not allowed to take photos unless you're on a tour though (oops!). Will have to come back just to admire the space- I hear it is accessible.
