My first time shopping in this Key Food was today and I had an amazing experience. I can't relate to all these people with the bad reviews.nThe store was stocked and orderly. I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The prices on the meat are FANTASTIC! The employees were all knowledgeable and helpful. A young man from the front end directed me to the spices when I couldn't find them. Lori is the cashier who checked me out and she is the friendliest cashier I've dealt with in a long time. And on top of all that, they gave me a free case of water!!nSo overall, a great experience ud83dudc4d I will definitely be back.

I go to this store when I need something last minute because it’s close to me, so this review is based off multiple visits. First of all half the items on the shelves don’t have prices so you’d have to bring them up to the cashier to check. The employees walk around with headphones on, so it’s hard to get their attention. If you ask them a question they act bothered, like they don’t work there. When you walk up to the register the cashier are usual chatting amongst themselves and don’t bother to acknowledge the customer. Whoever is managing this location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or the store itself.

BEWARE This store closes when their employees are ready to go home. They never go by like their closing time which is 9pm. Some days they close at 8:30,8:35,8:40,8:45 but NEVER 9pm . This is why I will never shop here EVER again. Your better off going to FoodTown that’s on Broadway and grove st only 1min drive away because at least the stay open until 9pm like they say. They also have better prices and better food options then this key food has.

I came to this supermarket for the first and last time on Wednesday. There were only 2 cashiers and a boy in the hall. When we went to pay there was a problem with milk and juices because they were not from wic. My wife goes back to get the juices and the girl says that they are not. I tell other girl please you can look for it because she is pregnant and she told me that she could not because she was busy. busy ? doing what? Snapchat Instagram.

This store is overpriced, and it's by quite a bit compared to other locations grocery chains. Also, I read some reviews saying they stock expired items, but figured I'd just be really careful. They sure enough do stock expired items, so make sure you look at the dates. If it doesn't have a date, do not buy it. The meats here also look very questionable. In all honesty this store needs a health inspection and revamp..nIt's worth it to travel a little farther to get what you need.
