Horrible and on 12/27/i experienced the worst customer service. The cashier name Dala charged me for 9 items and i only purchased 6.then i went to another cashier named Angela who seemed to be African and had a very rude attitude. I aksed to just return the items and purchase them again and she told me its no need to do that and pushed my items downs the register i asked to speak to the manager and this guy did nothing at all

It's in my neighborhood and clean and the worker's I came encountering with very professional.

How can I in good conscience during a global pandemic give these wonderful Essential Workers anything less than the highest rating!?! Why would I?nnThanks so much staff at Key Foods. Other than being well stocked your staff has always been wonderful and kind.nThey've even gone out of their way several times for items at the back that I requested. ALL have been wonderful but Charmaine comes to mind. (Well hers is the only name I remember).nnI must admit that at the start of lockdown there was unfortunately a bit of price gouging. Yikes! So many businesses succumbed to this sad practice that it almost (ALMOST) felt like the norm. I've also noticed meat labelled incorrectly BUT, this was in the middle of the world going crazy so mistakes at the time was understood and excused by me. (Though I did tease them via pic haha).nnFor all that you do, Key Foods I heart you.nnThe End.

Had everything I needed and lots more!

Terrible customer service! I had bag of grapes that had obvious mold on them and they refused to refund or exchange the product. The comment stating that this company cares about their customers is a falsehood, as they could careless. In fact, the owner told me that he did not care at all. I just moved in to the neighborhood and up until this point shopped here up to 3 times a week because it's all of a 6 minute walk for me. Food town Prospect is a 20 minute walk which I will gladly take before I spend another cent with a business who admittedly does not care about its customers or appreciate the money that customers spend to keep them in business in the first place. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.
