Terrible customer service. I’ve been here a couple of times and every time I enter it’s always really hot and humid and it takes forever for them to take my order since the employees are always preoccupied. They charge tax on take out milk added tea products which I’m pretty sure is against the state law. Very poor service.

I'm not a bad review writer but this place was so bad I needed to warn people. This tiny shop is only staffed by two people and they cannot keep up with demand at all. They have almost nothing premade so you have to wait 15-30 minutes for anything that you want. They are also low stock on most common things like syrups. I was stuck waiting a long time and was not give any updates on the status of my order or even acknowledged when I walked ito the store. It was only until I was about my order was I even addressed and given my food which appeared to be done before my drink. I was really disappointed because the store appeared cute and unique with all the different options they had but honestly it wasn't worth the trouble.

I usually never write bad reviews, but I am just disappointed at the customer service. I usually go to Kung Fu Tea, but I thought I would try something new by going here. I was the only customer there at that time. I didn't know what I wanted, so it might have been the reason why he was so triggered. Even so, I was polite and apologized. The gentleman that worked with me was very unfriendly and rude. He was also working alone. I don't know if it is because it's a weekday and slow.. but I've never been treated so rudely. He was doing stuff very loudly and banging, as if he could not contain his frustration at me.

I asked one question and got a very short, rude answer. Ordered anyway and it wasn't nearly as good as any of the other places that make bubble teas and milk teas around there. Not worth going back.

I got Oreo Milk and it was so good!! I can't wait to come back for another drink.nService was decent, the guy was nice.nThe place was very clean and made me feel comfortable even with all of the covid scares.
