Ive been storing here for 8 years. I’ve had 3 different units as I’ve continued to need more space and they’ve always been so easy to work with. The staff have always been positive and helpful which makes it so easy for me to stay for as long as I have. Appreciate you guys!
This place is conveniently in an industrial area which makes it easy to find space to unload and load up any car or van. The customer service is great and courteous. The place is very clean including restrooms. They have a few different exits which is convenient and the prices are fair considering the area.
Update: After a call with the owner who cleared up the misunderstanding and apologized, I am reinstating my original rating of 5 starsnnUpdate: I was charged after cancelling and moving out, don’t know if some shady business is happening or truly a mistake but beware! Would probably not use again. New rating 1 starnnOriginal: I had a storage unit at Greenpoint Storage plus for a few months. The prices were fair the staff was friendly and the unit was really easy to access. I especially liked the covered dock that allowed for loading and unloading during poor weather. Would definitely use this storage again in the future. Rating 5 stars
Everyone was so helpful! Monica was extremely friendly, informative and lovely. Guru helped make our move in seamless! The other young man(didn’t catch his name) was awesome too! They entire staff was above and beyond. Will recommend for anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.
Amazing storage facility!! Moved in and out so fast and had absolutely no problems. Staff was always wonderful and helpful. I can not recommend this place enough.
