The facility is clean and rent units have elevator access. I like that this location has extended hours on Saturdays. The staff at the office is very nice and available during open hours on site. If any issues arrise they are ready to assist you. Keep up the good quality!!!
The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Stacy was very professional and efficient. I changed the unit size 3 times she was very flexible to my needs.
Very spacious and affordable compared to other storage units I have looked at. The price is right and very affordable for the size of the unit I needed.
After I goofed in accidentally rejecting the electronic lease the evening before, I called the next morning and Stacy very graciously provided a substitute at the facility and ensured that I received the discount for which I had arranged. She also made it easy to substitute my smaller unit for a larger one. This, in a sense, was just routine business. However, beyond business, I found her to have a very friendly, gracious and accomodating personality, which I always take into account in a business relationship. I feel that I could always receive the same gracious service if any problem ever arose.
Just finished setting up storage at the 64th st location. Customer service was excellent. Patricka made me feel completely comfortable leaving my belongings behind. She explained all of the security features this facility has and setting up an account was simple and fast.
