Truly such a wonderful place with an amazing and honest staff. They were so helpful and so kind to me during one of the most anxious moves of my life. They answered all of my questions openly and honestly. Tiffany was so amazing and helpful in letting me see the unit before I moved in and answered even the smallest questions I had. It truly felt like my family was taking care of me! Beyond five stars!!!

This place is great! I was hesitant to put my stuff in storage at first but this place really changed my mind. It was so clean and organized.. clean isn’t even the word... it was truly immaculate. The units themselves are also very clean as well. I bought a plastic sheet to put on the floor of my unit and didn’t even use it because the floor was so clean. The units are very secure so you can be assured your things are safe. They also have a huge parking lot which makes the move in process so smooth.nnThe GM Sherwyn was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive on my move in day and whenever I had a question regarding my reservation he was always available over the phone.nnHighly recommend this storage facility if you live in NYC and are in need of self storage!

I've been renting from this location since August 2020 and i have no complaints. Sherwin and Janeka are always helpful and professional when visting the location to access my belongings. The location is new and clean and i would recommend it .

fireproof system does not work properly the water in spinklers will most likely freeze up briefly and crack the water supply pipes please be careful the temperature is below normal for a place put into public use during covid-19 no heating of antimicrobial and viral agents - every second person using storage services has a runny nose or a fever and comes with children only as a last resort any soon changes will be noticed ASAP
