We had rented a 5x5 locker a couple of months ago but soon realized that a larger one would meet our needs better. After seeing that a 5x7 unit was being advertised at a cost just a small amount more than the one we had, we went to the office and asked if we could upgrade. Noel was very kind and helped us, suggested a transfer, found a larger unit near where the one we had is and completed the transfer on the spot. It was and quick and easy, and we're very happy to have this larger unit at a very affordable price.nnNoel helped us with our first unit, and he was very helpful then, too.

I wanted to share my experience as a customer since 2018 at Extra Space Storage which has been excellent!! The staff is always courteous and extremely helpful. The environment is safe and they are very dependable in fact this by far one of the best Storage facility around to store your property. Thanks ud83dude42

Renting a space at Extra Space Storage was fast and easy. Whitney was very helpful on the phone and when I arrived Daemon was very patient and knowledgeable. He had an easy personality and was very informative.

I had a very smooth experience moving my things into storage in June. Unfortunately since then, my storage rent has been increased after only 6 months, and this was done without any warning. When I called, I was told my fee would return to the original rate, but then 2 months later, my fee went up again. I was told that after the rate reversal was approved, it was then rejected- though I didn’t get any notification. I’m feeling quite frustrated with the service with Extra Space Storage!
