Like so many other reviewers I ended up moving during the pandemic and having a convenient storage unit was a lifesaver. The staff was always professional and friendly, the facilities were clean, the prices are fair. Getting around the storage unit was easy; they had a good loading area and dollies / handcarts available. Hours are a little limited so make sure to check that ahead of time. Moving out was easy too; I just submitted my move-out notice online.nnThank you TI for being there when I needed it!

Front desk assistant was very kind & helpful. Price for units was decent. Only thing is I wish they were open later on weekends but overall was a good experience with staff & the unit affordability. When I was ready to move out the process was simple & didn't have to pay any additional fees.

Treasure Island Storage in Red Hook came to my rescue!nI was in need of a storage unit as well as the use of a truck and driver. I found a storage company that quickly took my money and the day before I was scheduled to move they informed they did not have a truck and driver available after all. I cancelled them and got my money back. I then quickly searched three more places before I found Treasure Island. Not only was the Treasure Island Storage staff professional and courteous, they had the perfect size unit available and at an affordable price as well as the use of an oversized van for 4 hours! It was perfect! I made the move without rushing and was pleased to find that after I stored my furniture in the unit there was still some space left for more storage. I highly recommend them and would use them again. I am a very pleased customer.

Its good space and they are friendly last time i went with my daughter few yr back..and im in redhook so its close by.and now im going back again this week.
