Kareem - the manager - is an absolute angel. Always hugely helpful and patient, and by far the nicest of all the employees here. Overall, this is a very ordered, clean and safe place to secure personal detritus, and offers a smorgasbörd of unit sizes at really competitive prices.
I had my stuff there for 2 years and everything was in perfect shape. Facility was always clean and quiet. People at desk always helpful and one guy in particular, never caught his name, was very kind.
Communication with the staff was always friendly, helpful, and informative.
Rude. Doors are always broken so you have to go the long way around, which moving companies will fine you for. Entirely unhelpful, mostly just get dirty looks from the staff instead of assistance.
Excellent service. I was shown all my options and offered good prices. Jabar did a great job.
