Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to my storage unit within the facility and to both add or take stuff out. There was always parking nearby and hand carts. Very easy experience. The movers I hired through them to bring stuff from my apartment to the unit weren't super careful with my stuff, but they got the job done.
Great facility! Very clean. The facility manager (Asia) is very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended.
The Team at CubeSmart on Atlantic and Ralph are the BEST! Joyce, Asia and Diamond are the dream team and are patience, kind and a joy to work with. They went above and beyond during my move and I greatly appreciate the effort.
The customer service was awesome. I really liked that I could park my car in a garage to unload/load. Plenty of stuff to help me move my things in and out easily.
I could not be more satisfied with my experience at this location. Joyce is absolutely amazing. It has been a very stressful time throughout the pandemic but she made this entire process as seamless as possible and I could not be more grateful. I highly recommend their services specifically at this location. They will ensure you have everything taken care of all while being friendly and kind!
