I've had this storage unit for about almost a year now, and even from the day that I started rented my storage unit the staff there was very helpful in explaining everything from helping me find the correct storage unit for me. I remember that day I came like probably 20-30 minutes before closing, and was happy with the service that they gave. Recently, I just did a locker transfer basically upgraded to a bigger size and Angel was very helpful in doing that transfer, and explain everything to me. Wonderful service from the staff!
This storage facility is well kept and clean. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Employee Brian at this location whom made my experience simple and easy. With his knowledge, all my questions and concerns were addressed and he has helped me pick the right unit for my belongings.

Brian terrific customer care I felt safe and at ease storing my granddaughters dorm life there. All of them were wonderful highly recommend especially for parents with students in the area it’s close and convenient and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about moving and storage
Pros: This location was always really clean and well maintained whenever I visited. The staff was also extremely helpful each time. I felt my storage unit was very well secured as well.nCons: Public Storage does not pro-rate months which every other storage company I have used has. So I had to pay for the full month of February even when I only used my space for 6 days of the month. And Public Storage can re-rent my space now and earn double on the unit. They really should pro-rate for partial months like their competition. This was very disappointing, be aware in case you can't time your move out to the end of the month.
