Stupid management don't have common sense!!!
This place was great. Clean and great customer service and workers. So sad I had to move to be closer to my home. They have been so helpfull for years. Moved to the prospect one and they are the worst and rude. Don't recommend them. Wish east Flatbush was closer to my home.
The service was clear and on point. Everyone was helpful understanding and easy to talk to. I never once felt like anyone could not be bothered. Although it is not 24/7 storage access, it does make me feel my things are safe when people arent able to enter at all hours of the night.
