Jaime assistant manager accommodated me very well. He oriented me to the services of the company. He demonstrated strong knowledge about the services that the company provides as far as unit storage is concerned. He represents the culture of the company very well. He presents himself to be very cool, calm and collected. He delivered excellent and superb customer service. The well ventilated facility appeared clean and tidy. He assisted me with paperwork required for leasing and secure a rental 7 x 10 unit. I highly recommend extra storage to anyone actively seeking a storage to meet their space saving needs.
Today I opened a storage area at the Extra Space Storage on Flatlands avenue. I received excellent customer service from David. He explained everything in great detail and also gave me a tour of the area where my storage would be held. I am very happy I chose this place! Thank you David for being so helpful!
The experience at Extra Space on Flatlands was great. Tiffani was very helpful and knowledgeable. The process was seamless and I was in and out. She helped me figure out what size unit was appropriate for my things and gave me a great deal. I’d most definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a storage facility.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They really cater to the needs and expectations of the customer. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The units are clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and professional. The property is clean, secured and in a safe location. I’ll definitely use them again if necessary.
David is very helpful and professional. He takes the time to go into great details about the storage spaces. He took me to see a couple of spaces so I could see exactly how the storage rooms were and I could make my decision.nnI decided on a space that was just right for me.
