Extra Space has the most friendly and accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered at a storage facility. I was given every courtesy and every detail was explained to me. I never worried for one minute about the security of my belongings and it was easy to retrieve everything once I no longer needed the space. I can’t recommend this modern, clean, and respectable facility enough.
Jamel and Jai were working the two days I was in the 1540 Atlantic Ave location. They were both very friendly and helpful and I honestly couldn't have finished my move from another Storage Space in time without both of their help.nStorage space rental can often feel very impersonal, but my experience was the complete opposite. I would recommend this specific location to anyone looking for a new storage space.
Quadir was the best. His hospitality was on point respectful great smile I would tell everyone to come to this location.nLocation was clean smells great everyone was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this location .
After searching all over the city for storage, I moved my entire apartment into Extra Space at the beginning of the Pandemic. The price was comparable to other storage units, but what sold me was the friendliness of the employees, the cleanliness of the facility, and hours of operation. The entire process was easy and made me feel secure in bringing my belongings to this location. The staff went out of their way to make sure my move in and out was as easy as possible. If I ever need a storage unit again, no matter what borough I live in, I will use this extra space location!!
I have had really good customer service at the 1540 Atlantic Ave location in Brooklyn. I can’t recall the name of the person who helped me when I first booked the storage unit, but he was very helpful and accommodating. Also, I came to move my things out today and ended up forgetting to bring my storage unit key. Jahmel was more than willing to help and he was able to get my lock cut open in a matter of minutes. I’ll definitely be using Extraspace in the future, and I hope the next location I use is just as good.
