Signed up right away for a storage unit. It was fast and easy. We reserved a space online checked it out the next day. The employee Hector was super helpful and honest. He showed us the potential unit explained all the fees in depth and within 15mins we were all set. So glad we waited to find the perfect place for our belongings. This is it!

I’m currently in the market looking for a professional and trustworthy establishment that i can trust with my personal things. Which we all know is definitely NOT easy to do. But today I walked into this facility and was amazed on how professional and helpful the staff there was.nA gentleman named Hector was the one who helped me out today. He was very helpful and very patient. Even though I told him I’m just asking questions, and NOT doing a final decision today. He still took the time and effort to extend his courtesy. He is the pure definition of what Customer service should look like at all facilities.nNot just in a storage unit company, but in any corporation. Safeguard now is on my top list.nI Still have a couple months before making a final decision. But I will definitely keep Safeguard in mind. Thank you guys for everything.

I had such a wonderful experience with a young man by the name of Hector. My son had rented some space a month ago and today I called in reference to the promo etc. He took the time to look through the information and explained it all to me. He made sure I understood completely and was never once rude, impatient nor unprofessional. He had costumers and kindly asked me if he could put me on a brief hold and then he would get back to me and would go back to where we left off. I have to tell you there should be more wonderful customer service like that always! The world would be a much better place. 5 Stars for Hector! I hope all your great efforts and great professionalism is Acknowledged and appreciated! Thank you for your great hospitality!! From a pleased customer! A little kindness goes a long way....

I would highly recommend! Nice new facility, super clean and amazing price! Manager Mary Anna was SO kind and helpful during a time that can be so stressful for you. Super spacious place to unload your truck and tons of equipment free to use. Thank you staff at Safeguard for the amazing experience!
