Demetrius and Manny were both awesome !! Although Demetrius was assigned to complete the task of cleaning and sanitizing my unit, he offered me a tour and completed my paperwork. He made the process super smooth and carefree! Manny was very polite and informative ! Rae ( the manager ) was a bit busy but still came over to introduce herself and give me details about my unit and also informed me there may be a unit increase 2x a year (which I wasn’t aware of ) I like them because they are nice, professional, clean and transparent about the fees of the storage unit.nnThank you would refer anyone

I must admit I've had nothing but good experiences at Clutter storage since I became a customer. I can remember running in frantic one day and in a rush to move my belongings before the closure time and Manager Rae Grant's calm and collective professional manner mad me feel at ease as she walked me through the facility showing me different units and all the great deals clutter had to offer. Her staff is professional and easy to get along with.

I came in today and been having a stressful day. I wasn’t looking forward to coming to get storage today but the staff here at this location was so pleasant and made this process easy. The manager Rae was so knowledgeable and nice. Manny was so helpful and personable, it was like I’ve known him for years. Demetrius showed me how to navigate thru the building making the unit easy to find and I enjoyed our friendly conversation about storage and sports. The building was clean and the unit was clean too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.

Clean, friendly environment. Customer service from Mr. Manny and Mr. Demetrius were delightful. They were very helpful in explaining the process and showed me two units to see which would be a good fit for me as a first timer. I am glad I came here. Service was great. Thanks.

I stopped in the Turnersville store and was greeted by Linda. Linda was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, gave me helpful suggestions to make storing my stuff easier, excellent product knowledge.nI will definitely have Linda assist me with my moving and storage in the future.nLinda is an excellent associate to be representing your company.
