Had a very positive experience. Booked online and went in to view the rental space. 11/10 around 5:30pm. Went in and was greeted, super plus. Nowadays you walk into an establishment to get serviced and staff will look at you like they don’t work there. The young lady who helped me initially was really nice and motivated. Was ready willing and able to help me view the space I booked initially. I opted out and got a different space which was shown to me by a young man who was also personable and extremely informative.

After a crazy day of moving, my boyfriend and I had the best experience at Public Storage because of Donovan. Donovan was incredibly helpful, professional and made the move-in process a breeze. He also stayed an hour after closing time to ensure we were able to complete the move-in process. Big thanks to Donovan! I will be recommending this storage property because of him.

Donovan was on point. Very well spoken. Very detailed. He would make a good trainer teaching people how to speak with their customer. Voice tone is important. He was also a very understandable and patient guy as well!

I checked in at 5:45 pm and Donovan and Lisa were exceptional help. They personally waited and attended in helping me move in until 6:45 pm. Staying 45 minutes past their shift and upholding excellence and professionalism in the process. They made this experience seamless and unforgettable.
