I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike to rent 2 units and Joseph for my 3rd unit. They took their time explaining everything to us and showing us the difference in size for multiple units. They were patient in helping us decide what would be best for us and getting us a reasonable price. I will be using them again in the future.
The staff was helpful and gave great advice that made preparation for move easier. They were through with explaining with all amenities. I’d definitely recommend them.
Joseph & Mike were a tremendous help during my move in process. They both helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Joseph was personable while still maintaining Covid guidelines. The process was quick and easy.
I would like to commend Mike and the rest of staff at this branch of Safeguard storage facility. Mike especially has been the epitome of professionalism and courtesy when addressing any inquiries or concerns that I have voiced over the years. Recently my son lost his wallet and the next day Mike called to say that it was found and we could retrieve same asap. The employees at this location are very helpful Mike the facility manager went above and beyond to assist me from the day I moved in to present. Wish there were more people like him .there isn’t enough stars to rate him on this to me he would get 100 more stars . Thanks again Mike
