Update: Jan 2021.nnI’ve been here since 2014. Janelle and Rasheda came in 2017 and are still here. They have been nothing but amazing. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Definitely valuable team members. Thank younn—————————————————————————nnI've been here for about 5+ years. The staff rotates a lot but I do t have any complaints. Prices keep increasing though.
The facilities are clean and secure. Rashida was extremely helpful, and was great about helping us out with a tricky situation. Thank you, Rashida!
I’ve been a safeguard customer of almost 2 years. Both Jenelle & Rasheda are always patient and ready to answer any of my questions, the facility is always clean and well maintain!! I was there yesterday, they were very help and accommodating while there I noticed how they dealt with the customer, I was very impressive!! they were professional and courteous.nThank you for your assistance J & RnnSherry-Ann!!
Rashida was EXTREMELY helpful and provided exceedingly courteous service while I decided what rooms to rent. Because of her I chose Safeguard over two other storage facilities.
