I don’t often write reviews, but sometimes the service is so exceptional that it deserves to be shared. I will just say that after leaving a location in very close proximity to this one and being disgusted with the customer service (attitude from hello), I was filled with gratitude after walking into this location and being helped by not one, but two awesome individuals and Ms. Gonzalez and Ms. Nunez. Looking for storage can be time consuming, stressful and costly. These two young ladies took the time to answer my questions, helped me compare the sizes to my needs as well as show me the spaces despite it being near closing with absolutely no attitude. I didn’t feel like my questions were a bother at all. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference and these two professional ladies, at this very clean and well kept location was exactly what I needed to solve my storage search. Thank you ladies for making me feel like a wanted and valued customer. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs. I’m grateful to the young lady from East New York location (Sad I can’t remember her name) who recommended me to the location after her location didn’t meet my needs. Thank you as well for your professionalism.

I really didn’t know where to start with this review. I was moving from Staten Island to Brooklyn and we ran into heavy traffic. We were going to get there an hour before closing the latest. We weren’t going to make it. I called storage explaining that I have all my things with me and literally nowhere to put it and I had to return the moving truck. This wonderful woman named Karla, stayed and we got everything in DANGEROUSLY FAST lol. I’ve never been so appreciative and grateful. Overall, the staff at this facility is very polite and professional. I’m so glad I chose this location and it’s in a rough neighborhood at that. Great job!
