I visited Public Storage in Utica Ave. this morning and had a very pleasant experience. Hanakay was truly efficient, very knowledgeable and most of all very friendly and welcoming. It is very refreshing to be met with such a delightful demeanor. Customer service is A1. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Hanakay was super nice and extremely helpful- I came alone to the unit and found my storage room on an upper level that I needed to climb stairs to bring my boxes up and into. She helped me operate a hydraulic lift to lift me and my boxes to our unit, making the move much safer for me. Thank you so much Hanakay!
Prices decent .... employee's attitude needed improvement... went back again & it was definently better... Thank U...

I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for this location. When I moved in last July I was in a bug rush and came near the end of the days.nnKathyryne and Hanakay were there and without them I would have been in trouble. Today they were there to help me move out and I was so happy to see them. They both gave AMAZING customer service, they’re friendly, and always help when you need it.nnI just want to thank them personally for making this a great experience. Thanks y’all!
