There are places we have to go in life at times but we dislike going, storage is that for me. Jada at St. John’s location is awesome. Jada is attentive, Patient and knowledgeable about her job. Thanks for all your help Jada, appreciated.
Millie was incredibly helpful both on the phone and in person. She walked us through multiple options while helping us settle on the best unit and price point for our storage. Will be asking for her help with any further assistance.
Millie provided me exceptional customer service!!! Millie was so thoughtful and made the effort to ensure I found the best storage unit for my needs. Millie was very insightful and informative throughout the entire registration process and throughly walked me through all the details I needed to know when getting my first storage unit. This store is an 11/10!!! I would most definitely recommend getting a unit here. I look forward to storing with Public Storage as my new go to storage company
She else was really helpful. I did the process online and she was able to switch my unit for a different one. She is polite, nice, and knowledgeable with a great attitude. Thank you for making the moving process simple and easy.
