I stored with another company and I came to safeguard to store. What a great experience I had renting with Sherrill very pleasant,very knowledgeable and she had a nice smile and the comfort of having my items stored here safe n sound at safeguard. If you want to store see Sherrill at this location.
I opened this storage when coronavirus first happened in March of 2020 with the intentions of only needing it for a month. That month turned into a year. I was nervous about what condition my belongings would be in when I returned but I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was just as I left it. No weird smells or unwanted visitors lingering amongst my things and the woman at the front desk (Sherrill, i think) was so helpful at helping me figure out how to remove and handle my storage efficiently when it came time to close my account. The billing process made it super easy to stay up to date on my payments and pay ahead if I wanted to and they always sent out text messages on my due date and three days later so I could avoid any late fees. Overall this was a great experience and safeguard definitely helped me by keeping open communication and addressing my needs during an already stressful time. I will definitely be back if I find I have more storage needs.
This Brooklyn location provided superb customer service. Cheryl was extremely kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
