I never leave reviews but this place is a joke. I've ordered twice from here and both times have been a nightmare. This last time me and my fiance ordered food at 9:30pm. We kept checking the tracker. And the food came out of oven at 10:05pm. It has been over a hour and food still hasn't left the shop. And been on hold trying to talk to someone for over 30 minutes now... I recommend everyone to go else where if you actually want to eat... Update 12:30 they hung up on me told me there is nothing they can do. Spoke to Amanda

I normally will get a pizza atleast 1 time a week. I will never order from this location again. Something changed horribly about 4 months ago. Last 4-5 orders, which are all placed as well done have come barely cooked and doughy, and so oily that literally all of the toppings and cheese slides off when you pick it up. 3/11/2021 ordered a pizza about 8:10. Pizza got to me (I only live about a mile away) at 8:40. Good timing right. Except is was literally inedible. Called the store to report (I am the type of person who will eat a well done steak that is ordered medium rare, I NEVER COMPLAIN) because this has become a trend. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and no answer, so while still on hold got into my car took the pizza to the store and asked that they make another. I could hear the phone ringing, which was me while I was there, drove home and just sat on hold another 15 minutes to see how long it would take them to answer. So after dropping off the pizza around 8:50 pizza arrived back to me at 9:50. Overall an hour and 40 minutes to get a competent pizza, with the 3 other options in MT orab I will never order here again. I wish I knew what happened around 4 months ago because this place went from my favorite to my lease favorite overnight.

Food was nice and hot. Delivery before stated time. I'm just not a Dominos pizza fan. Their pastas are pretty good!

We usually enjoy Domino's because of their pan pizzas as well as the GF option for my wife. However, we've watched them leave the phones ring on slow days. We've witnessed them hang up on customers and have even been on the receiving end of a hang up call. On several occasions this location has completely messed up our order and even sent a pie out on delivery to the wrong address, brought it back to the store and then handed it to my wife. (They remade the pizza. which was cool, but the overall wait was more than an hour on a carry out deal)nnThey're slow. The phone will be on hold for 15 minutes before a human answers.nnTake your business to Papa John's in Bethel.

I guess Mr. Glass doesn't make enough money to pay someone to answer the phone at the mt. Orab store. I was on hold for over 11 minutes then they hung up on me. There is no reason in the world a business of any kind should leave anybody on hold that long. I'll take my business to Larosas. They r better anyway
