Great customer service!! The property manager Monique greeted me the moment I walked in and ensured I had the right unit and a price within my range. The building is very clean and secure. I would definitely recommend this facility.
My experience at public storage today along with Jasmine's and Joe's help was great. Between the two of them I had no trouble with anything. They were very respect and assitful with all my questions and concerns and I was very please with their professionalism and wanted to let them along with the rest of the public storage company know about it.
I have never been to public storage until today, and had the best experience with one of the staff at the front desk. Monique was very helpful and resourceful. I only signed up for $1.00 and I received a unit and I was very grateful for that in a time like this while we’re in a Pandemic. I would highly recommend anyone needing extra storage space to come here to receive a Unit.
