Launch Trampoline Park Queens

I had previously rated this 1 star because of the lack of communication between a refund for a party booked in the year 2020. However upon reopening Launch trampoline park was more then helpful to make that party come true for this year when they opened their doors. Covid protocol was great staff is amazing my son had a safe and memorable birthday party. Thank you for a wonderful experience we look forward to potentially next years birthday celebration there too !

The whole entire staff was amazingly friendly. The food is great. pizza is just like domino's . Sanitizer stations everywhere. I will definitely will come back. This place is worth the money.

Took all the kids. Had a great time from my 9 year old down to my 18 month old. Staff was great park was clean all in all a great time!

Didn’t want to rate the place but seems like it was the only way I can write or ask question unfortunately. I want to know if they have reopened since last year? My daughter would like to go there for her 8th Birthday, I wouldn’t want to let her down. Also it is fairly close to where we live, as a parent I would love to see her face light up. Can anyone inform me ASAP thank you

Alessandro was beyond helpful on court when I came with my group of friends. Will definitely be back!
