This is a great store to buy anything you might need for your baby. I spent a great deal of time buying baby toys, diapers and toys for my dear friends of mine who had twins and were too overwhelmed to do any of their own shopping. Buy Baby buy also has a great gift registry and it’s a wonderful way of sending gifts !

Chris (from the stroller section) was absolutely incredible. Very informative, comfortable, inviting, and most of all, charming. My wife and I visited this location around June/ July and came back in November hoping we’d see him. Rest assured, we called for him, and he recognized me! He made me feel at ease about car seat installation and taught me about the functionality of our new stroller. 5 star review for an amazing employee! Thank you Chris!nn- Pete and Tabitha

Don't shop at this store they are not Better Business Bureau Accredited. I checked on the BBB website. If you have to return an item you probably will not get a refund. If you buy a gift they refuse to take it off the Baby Registry so the baby will get multiples of the same gift. Stay far away from the Scarsdale store. No one will help you they just say they will help you and do nothing. I spent an entire day trying to fix one tiny problem, take what I purchased off the Baby Registry List so another person would not buy the same gift. There is no one in the entire store that knows how to do that. Go somewhere else!!!!! It is not worth the aggravation to you as a customer or the mother to be to have to go to the store and return duplicate gifts and then probably never get the refund. Check out the BBB Site before you purchase a product here.

Not the greatest service. I live close by and it’s the closers place for me to get things for my baby. Never fails I can’t ever find anyone working that can help me with anything. They need to hire more ppl or train the ones that do work there to be more aware when someone walks in to the store.
