Love this store! Really cool stuff. Michelle who works there is a sweetheart and always goes out of her way to welcome you and help you. She makes great suggestions but isn’t too pushy. Always a pleasure.

Owner refused to exchange an almost $200 shirt for store credit to a mother of 2 small kids because i was past the return date range. You would think coming in with a toddler and 3 month old one might make an exception. It’s not like I was asking for a refund. Other than that the store is very nice for expensive unique well made stuff.

Lola is the hidden gem of a fun boutique right down Mamaroneck Ave that carries lovelynhip clothes, jewelry, bags, and unique items you wont find on everyone. Local designers come to do Trunk Shows, and there are always great trinkets for that special someone--even if that's you!! Helpful young staff and very inviting interior.

I placed on order during Cyber Monday and there was a little problem with my item. I was a little hesitant to go in the store because its a predominant White store. (it could be a little intimidating for me ) however, they were extremely helpful in exchanging my item and offered me an excellent customer service.

I bought pajama bottoms. Became very ratty rather quickly.
