We rented an excellent boat. When the engine started beeping a warning one day, we cut the engine and called the marina. They had a new boat out to us almost immediately and we were on our way quickly. I was very impressed. Everyone there was pleasant and service was prompt. I would rent here again
Great price and service, these guys are the best. Got the boat we wanted to enjoy an amazing day at LAKE George. Making this a yearly tradition
The staff was very kind and polite. However, despite reserving the boat for a week in advance, we were very disappointed when they handed us the news for no floating tubes availability and no life vest. They could have told us that way in the beginning when paying for it but they didn't. After talking to them, they gave us the floater tube but it was deflated. Very disappointing.

Great service, reasonable rates and friendly staff. I have been using Snug Harbor for many years. They are worth the drive to the northern end of the lake. BTW I have been boating Lake George for over 25 years and the northern section of the lake is much more enjoyable and less crowded.
