PINECREST STORAGE UNITS ARE VERY WELL MANAGED AND MAINTAINED. THE GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE SECURITYnSYSTEM PROVIDES ONE WITH A GOOD SENSE OF PROTECTION. THE OWNER IS A VERY HONEST AND DECENT MAN WITH WHOM TO DO BUSINESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY.
I have a very positive experience with Pine Crest. They were very easy to work with and any time we needed help (lost key to lock) they helped us solve the problem. They were also very good at returning calls and follow-up. The facilities themselves were very clean and well maintained.
Pine Crest Storage was great! We used two spaces for a bit less than a year while we moved and Charles was pleasant and professional to interact with, and very responsive, and the storage spaces were clean and very convenient.
I used this place for about 5 months when I sold my home. Charles was a very nice guy. The storage space was clean and dry. The monthly fee was reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a storage unit.
Clean, affordable, and convenient location for self-storage. The owner, Charles, is a reasonable, fair man and good person to do business with, he stayed in touch to make sure the unit was used no longer than necessary and I appreciate that, because you can get bogged down with one. If you should decide to use a storage unit as a holdover, instead of cutting down on your non-necessity items from your move, I recommend that you store your items here.
