The negative reviews are so surprising to me! I've lived here for over 35 years, and seen our local pharmacy charge from a DD's to Fay's to Eckard to Rite Aid to Walgreens. Each time there's naturally a period of transition. I think every staff member has always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. I have talked with other stores that are still called Rite Aid and their personnel have said they're not looking forward to eventually changing to being called Walgreens, because they say it's a difficult procedure to go through; but eventually they know they'll get through it. People just need to be patient. I look forward to going there weekly because I'm treated very well by EVERY employee!!

The worst pharmacy in the I have ever used. Every time I have gone in it has been a negative experience. The pharmacy staff seems to be inconvenienced by having to talk to any one or provide any help to customers. It is also nearly impossible to get through to the pharmacy by phone. I would recommend going to a pharmacy in Kingston or New Paltz. This place will leave you frustrated and out of the loop if their is the slightest hiccup with insurance or script. I now drive 10-15 minutes further to avoid using this pharmacy.

Like all the complaints before there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM. Every. Single. Time. The latest issue?? No pharmacist and they don’t know when they will have one again. This is an embarrassment. Corporate needs to get in there, green light more hires and start getting people their medication!!! Have been on hold for 10+ mins now.... just trying to determine whether they have a pharmacist again yet or not. May make my now THIRD drive over in two days to see what’s up because they won’t even give you the most basic information when they are screwing everything up so badly!!!

You now have to wait in line sometimes up to a half hour. You get calls sayings prescription is ready you, wait in line only to find out it's not ready. They always have some kind of a problem with the computer system (new registers). Hope it gets better, or I'll be looking for a new pharmacy. I would not recommend them, but I have no option but to use them.

I’ve about had it with this pharmacy. Everything was fine when it was RITE AIDE. Now, they lose electronic mediation scripts. Who does that. You wait in line over 15 minutes to get a prescription. You can’t call back if a message tells you to do so. The LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY. I had a issue calling in scripts that I needed a refill for. This is horrendous, the last thing you want to do when you are sick is wait in line for your meds. I mean really. “Every thing will be okay” Once we get the hang of it. It’s been two months.
