It could use better outdoor lighting that gets turned on as soon as it is dark and remains on till sunrise. Right now lights are on sometimes early night but then aren't late night. It varies way too much.
Never would I recommend this place! Our payment was late because Dawn, the so-called manager, took days to return our call regarding how much was owed. She put a secondary lock on the unit, which remained on the unit for 3 weeks, even after after the check was submitted. Multiple trips to the unit resulted in not being able to get to our items, but since there is never anyone on premise, our only recourse was to phone. Phone calls are never returned in a timely fashion; sometimes it takes days and sometimes the calls are never returned. These trips not only cost us our time, but money as well since we were coming from out of the area.nFinally after 21 days of having the payment the secondary lock was removed! Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. There's a storage place a few miles before this one, also on Rte 28; plus there are many in Kingston. This place is horrific!
Class acts, Dawn the general manager is great.
Nice customer service but they didn't have a unit the size I needed. My number was taken and I received a call when one came available, 2 weeks later. Unfortunately I no longer needed a unit, but I really appreciate the time and thought to call me. Often those follow-ups don't happen. On a side note, the numbers listed on Google didn't get me to their office. But they provide 24 hour access and support. And have pens and other office supplies with the correct number on them.
