So far great experience. good customer service. The guy who answered my call when i was still inquiring about renting was very professional. i wish i remember his name. he was very patient and ensured i had all my inquiries answered. they were very accommodating to my requests. they also got back with me about my questions promptly.
The units are reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. The rental process was quick and easily accessible online. I will continue to use Rt 34 Storage for my rental needs.
Great place to store your things. Conveniently located in between Ithaca and Cortland, east access, and brand new nice facility. Locally owned by great people. Overall great place!
