Very nice adult swim time.
Sweet little beach for local residents who belong to the association. Friendly.
It's okay anything with an Association is a pain in the you-know-what! Besides the politics and the silly rules it would be a nice relaxing place the people are nice the association I could do without.
Great place. Rented hall out. Great views
