10am appointment... Arrived at 9:15am. Unloaded and out the door by 10:30am. No complaints here!
Poor service I don’t want to come this place again the guy capstone who get lumper speak rudely no sence how to speak with drivers really a bad place to deliver load
Took them 6 hours to unload me on top of that they charge lumber fee No overnight parking

Capstone unloaded trailor damaged it. Then said they didn't. Got very rude when asked about 300 dollar lumber fee.. Changed for pallets that weren't there then said it was none of my business. Are you seriously employing people like that. How about I go to your home break your belongings and charge you for it and then say it's none of your business. The better business bureau should seriously look I to your establishment or lack of a proper business ethic. If i could give a negative star i would . I will never shop at Price chopper again and will let friends and family know how disrespectfully I was treated.
