Had a lovely experience! I am a college student that rented a unit this winter due to the pandemic. Everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful, especially Cesar – emails were always answered promptly with all the information I needed and in-person interaction was helpful, clear, and safe. The building has great security and easy access to bring things inside. I had a second floor unit and had no problem loading into it. My unit was super clean and after I moved out there were no bugs or rat droppings (experiences ive had with other storage in the area). The pricing was very reasonable which is definitely a plus. Will definitely be using them again!

Based on my personal experience renting a small storage unit here, I have to say that I'm favorably impressed. This is very reasonably priced for climate-controlled long term storage, and accessing my items was easy while still feeling secure. I also have to commend the staff for their attentiveness; in particular, Caesar, who was extremely helpful throughout my entire stay there and seemed to be able to anticipate what I needed before I even asked. I should also note that the layout of the building makes it easy to maintain social distancing and COVID safety guidelines. I would recommend this storage place to anyone seeking maximum value for their money, and hassle-free secure storage.

We are in the process of clearing out my parents 2 family house, and ran out of room at our home. We went to your Wilton location, after researching online. We weren't sure what size, and other questions that would pop up. Cesar was a most professional, personable, and knowledgeable young man. He assisted us in deciding which unit was perfect for our needs. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. The facility is very clean, well lit, and secure, easy to access. We happily rented the unit best for us. I highly recommend the Wilton location!
