Storage is nice however trying to reach somebody via phone or even stopping by to pay to your bill is next to impossible. I called specifically to see what their hours were. They stated their hours are 10-2. I show up at 1:20...nobody there. I call...goes to voice mail. Nice storage...customer service? Not so much.
Clean and perfect sized storage units. Owner very nice and helpful. Secure, gated with personal security code.
Just rented storage from this location. Management was impeccably nice and helpful - had answers to all of my questions. Unit was clean and stable. It's the only gated storage lot in city limits and costs nearly or exactly the same as the others. Will update my review in the future if my sentiment changes.
Reasonable price just wish you could get insurance. Rely home insurance but we don't have it thankfully nothing happened
The storage units are very clean and nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend using this facility.
